These Terms govern your access to and use of nuflowlabs.com and any purchase you make from NUFLOW NUTRITION LLC ("nuflow labs," "we," "us"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract to use this site or place an order.
By placing an order you represent that you are a qualified purchaser acquiring these materials for legitimate laboratory research purposes, and that you have the training, facilities, and judgment necessary to handle research chemicals safely.
2. Research use only — the central restriction
All products sold on this site are research chemicals intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical use.
They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices. They have not been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any comparable authority for any use. They are not for human or veterinary consumption, administration, injection, ingestion, or topical application, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition.
By placing an order you agree that you will not:
- Administer any product to yourself, another person, or an animal
- Resell, repackage, or distribute any product for human or veterinary use
- Represent any product as a drug, supplement, cosmetic, or approved therapy
- Use any product in any manner prohibited by applicable federal, state, or local law
This restriction is a material condition of sale. Violating it terminates your right to use the site and voids all warranties and remedies described here.
3. No medical or professional advice
Nothing on this site — product pages, research summaries, certificates of analysis, blog content, or support correspondence — constitutes medical, clinical, veterinary, or professional advice. We do not provide dosing, administration, or usage guidance of any kind, and any request for such guidance will be declined.
4. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, in whole or in part, for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud, restricted destination, suspected non-research use, or product availability. Declined orders are refunded in full.
5. Pricing and errors
Prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but the site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to price, description, availability, or specification.
We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel any order placed on erroneous information, even after the order is confirmed. Where an order is cancelled after payment, we refund in full.
6. Product information and specifications
Product descriptions, molecular data, and research summaries are provided for informational purposes and are compiled from publicly available scientific literature. They do not constitute claims about efficacy or suitability for any purpose.
Certificates of analysis reflect testing performed on the specific lot identified in the report. Purity figures are analytical results, not guarantees of performance in any application.
7. Shipping, returns, and refunds
Governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, each incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@nuflowlabs.com of any unauthorized use.
9. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to: use the site for any unlawful purpose; scrape, crawl, or harvest data by automated means without written permission; interfere with site security or availability; misrepresent your identity or research qualifications; or resell products in violation of Section 2.
10. Intellectual property
All site content — text, copy, photography, graphics, logos, page design, and the nuflow labs name and marks — is owned by NUFLOW NUTRITION LLC or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Certificates of analysis may be shared freely for verification purposes.
11. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party resources, including laboratory report hosting and scientific literature. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, accuracy, or practices.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any product is suitable for any particular research application.
13. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NUFLOW NUTRITION LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCT.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY ARISING FROM ANY USE OF A PRODUCT IN VIOLATION OF SECTION 2, INCLUDING ANY HUMAN OR VETERINARY ADMINISTRATION.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NUFLOW NUTRITION LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of any product, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
16. Dispute resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by AAA / JAMS under its applicable rules, seated in Broward County, Florida. You and we waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@nuflowlabs.com within 30 days of your first order.
Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
17. Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. The version in effect at the time of your order governs that order.
