How do I verify what’s in my vial?+
Every vial carries a batch number on the label. Enter it in the search field above, or browse the full Research library, to pull the Certificate of Analysis for that exact batch — compound, purity, method, molecular weight, manufacture and expiration dates.
How do I reconstitute a vial?+
Use bacteriostatic water and sterile technique. Add solvent slowly down the inner wall of the vial rather than directly onto the powder, then let it dissolve undisturbed — don’t shake. Concentration is peptide mass divided by solvent volume: a 10mg vial reconstituted with 2mL yields 5mg/mL. These are laboratory handling parameters, not dosing guidance.
How should I store peptides?+
Lyophilized vials are stable at 2–8°C through the expiration date on the label and tolerate room-temperature transit without degradation. For storage beyond several months, −20°C is preferable. Once reconstituted, refrigerate at 2–8°C, protect from light, and use within 28 days. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
How fast do you ship, and where?+
Orders placed before 2pm ET on business days ship the same day. Typical transit is 2–3 business days. We ship within the United States. Free shipping on orders over $200. Tracking is emailed as soon as the label is generated.
What if my order is lost or damaged?+
Contact us within 14 days with your order number and a photo if there’s visible damage. We replace lost or damaged shipments at no cost. If a vial arrives cracked or compromised, it gets replaced — no argument.
How do I check the certificate for my vial?+
Find the batch number printed on the vial label and enter it in the search on the Research page. The certificate for that exact batch opens directly — compound, purity, method, and dates — no account needed.
Which states and countries do you ship to?+
We ship to all 50 US states. We don’t ship internationally yet — when that changes, it will be announced here first.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Major credit and debit cards at checkout. Additional options are being added — whatever is shown at checkout is current.
Can you provide dosing or usage guidance?+
No. We supply research materials only and cannot advise on use of any kind. Product pages and certificates document identity, purity, and handling parameters — nothing more.
How is my order packaged?+
Vials ship sealed in protective packaging with an insulating liner, protected from light and handling damage. Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature in transit.
