This page states, in plain terms, what nuflow labs sells, what it does not sell, and the standards we hold ourselves and our partners to.

1. Regulatory status of our products

Every product sold by nuflow labs is a research chemical intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical use.

Our products are not:

• Drugs or biologics approved by the FDA or any comparable authority
• Dietary supplements as defined under DSHEA
• Foods, food additives, or beverages
• Cosmetics
• Medical devices
• Compounded preparations dispensed under a prescription

They have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety or efficacy in humans or animals, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition.

2. Research use only — what this means in practice

Products purchased from nuflow labs may not be administered to humans or animals by any route, under any circumstance, for any reason.

They may not be repackaged, compounded, resold, or distributed for human or veterinary use. They may not be represented to any third party as a drug, supplement, cosmetic, or therapy.

This is not disclaimer language we place at the bottom of a page and hope nobody reads. It is the condition on which every sale is made. Orders we believe are intended for human use will be declined and refunded.

3. Buyer qualification

By placing an order you attest that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are acquiring these materials for legitimate laboratory research purposes
• You have the training, facilities, and judgment to handle research chemicals safely
• You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the possession, handling, storage, and disposal of research materials
• You will not administer, or permit the administration of, any product to a human or animal

We reserve the right to request documentation of research affiliation and to decline any order at our discretion.

4. We do not provide usage guidance

nuflow labs does not provide — and will not provide, on request or otherwise — dosing information, administration instructions, reconstitution protocols intended for human use, cycle guidance, stacking recommendations, or any advice about using our products in humans or animals.

Support staff are instructed to decline these requests. This applies regardless of how the question is framed.

5. Product claims and marketing standards

We hold our own marketing to the following standards:

• No therapeutic claims. We do not state or imply that any product treats, prevents, cures, mitigates, or diagnoses any condition.
• No human-outcome claims. We do not describe what a product will do for a person.
• Research framing only. Product copy describes what a compound is and what it has been studied for, sourced from publicly available scientific literature.
• No before-and-after content. We do not publish, commission, or share personal results imagery tied to our products.
• Substantiation. Any factual claim about our manufacturing, testing, or sourcing is documented and available on request.

Our collection names — Fat Loss, Performance, Recovery, Longevity, Aesthetics, Cognitive, Libido — describe areas of scientific research, not outcomes offered to a purchaser.

6. Quality and testing program

• Every lot is synthesized in the USA under cGMP methodology in an ISO 14644 cleanroom
• Every lot is submitted to an accredited independent laboratory for HPLC purity and mass spectrometry identity confirmation
• We do not self-certify. No purity figure published on this site originates from a laboratory we own or operate
• No lot is released for sale until its certificate of analysis is published and searchable by batch number
• Reference samples from every lot are retained for 24 months
• Certificates identify the compound, lot, batch, method, manufacture and expiration dates, analytical results, and the testing facility

Any purchaser may verify any lot at any time via the Research page or the QR code printed on the vial.

7. Labeling standards

Every vial label carries the compound name, nominal quantity, lot number, manufacture and expiration dates, a research-use-only statement, and a QR code linking to that lot's certificate of analysis.

8. Controlled substances and sport

We do not sell substances listed on the U.S. Controlled Substances Act schedules.

Athletes should be aware that many compounds sold as research chemicals — including growth hormone secretagogues, peptide hormones, and metabolic modulators — appear on the World Anti-Doping Agency Prohibited List and the prohibited lists of professional and collegiate sporting bodies. It is the athlete's sole responsibility to understand and comply with the rules of their governing body. We do not sell products for use in sport and make no representation regarding testing outcomes.

9. Partner and affiliate conduct

Affiliates, resellers, and marketing partners are contractually required to observe the same standards described in Section 5, and additionally must:

• Clearly disclose their commercial relationship with nuflow labs in every promotional communication, as required by FTC guidelines
• Refrain from any human-use, dosing, or administration content
• Refrain from personal-results or before-and-after content
• Use approved copy and creative

Violations end the partnership and forfeit unpaid commission.

10. Export and import

Purchasers outside the United States are the importer of record and are solely responsible for compliance with the laws of their destination country. We cannot advise on whether a given compound may lawfully be imported into any jurisdiction. We do not ship to RESTRICTED DESTINATIONS.

11. Reporting a concern

If you believe a product has been misrepresented, a certificate is inaccurate, or a partner is marketing our products improperly, email support@nuflowlabs.com. We investigate every report and respond within 5 business days.

Suspected certificate discrepancies are handled under the specification dispute process in our Refund & Return Policy, including independent retesting of retained reference samples.

12. Enforcement

Accounts that violate this policy — including any attempt to obtain human-use guidance, any resale for human use, or any misrepresentation of research qualification — will be restricted from future orders without refund of pending amounts beyond those required by law.
